New EDI Entry Level Physical Education Qualification. EDI is currently developing an Entry Level qualification in Physical Education, specifically for those students who are unlikely to reach Grade G in GCSE Physical Education.
Assessment will be carefully designed with this target group in mind and learners will acquire valuable skills and knowledge which are transferable to other qualifications or to a career.

The new ICT Scheme of work assessments now cover all fifteen QCA topic areas at KS3 and feature improved reports with personalised can-do and target statements for pupils. The questions have been re-written with audio assistance, zoom function and a new user interface. Please note, they are available by using 'Goal-i' after entering your log in details.
The new reports for English, Maths, Science and ICT multiple choice assessments are now colour coded and feature the popular personalised statements that specifically relate to each question.
Goal from EDI now offers two Continuous Professional Development (CPD) qualifications. These are in the 'Educational Use of ICT' and 'Delivering Learning using a VLE'. QCA has confirmed with Goal that there are no plans to develop new versions of their existing Schemes of Work and that they will still be applicable to the new National Curriculum programme of study at Key Stage 3. Goal’s Scheme of Work assessments therefore remain a useful tool for measuring pupil learning against these standards. We are pleased to announce that the redeveloped Interactive ICT National Curriculum Assessments are now available.You will now have the choice of 2 level and 3 level assessments. There are 10 questions at each level and many of the questions are shorter. The pupil reports now have the popular 'can do' and 'target' statements.
The Teacher Administration pages: View Reports, List Assessments and Mark Assessments, have been revamped. There are PowerPoint tutorials for these that can be found in 'Downloads'. The interactive Maths pupil reports now include the Goal Score and the strand graph.

New JETSET ESOL International Qualifications from EDI to be launched in January 2008
